Terms of Service

1. Quotations & Acceptance

Any quotation issued via the Nexus Digital Portal constitutes a binding proposal valid for 30 calendar days. Upon client acceptance (via digital portal sign-off), the quotation forms the Master Scope of Work.

2. Invoicing & Milestone Payments

Invoices are issued on milestone schedules as agreed in the accepted quotation. Invoices are payable within 15 calendar days of issuance unless otherwise stipulated.

3. Intellectual Property Transfer

Upon full settlement of the final invoice, 100% ownership of source code, custom design assets, and production deployment credentials shall be unconditionally transferred to the client.

4. Warranty & Support

All custom development includes a 30-day warranty hypercare period from production deployment date covering bug remediation according to the approved scope.
